Are government fees included?+

No. Permit, application, impact, variance, mitigation, review, professional, courier, printing, and other governmental or third-party expenses are separate unless a written scope states otherwise.

Can PermitXcel prepare architectural or engineering plans?+

No. PermitXcel is not an architect, engineer, contractor, surveyor, attorney, code professional, private provider, or inspector. When licensed services are needed, PermitXcel coordinates with the appropriate qualified professional.

What do you need to review my project?+
